0:00 Right, okay, so on to the next ones now. And so we're going to focus on the passenger door membrane, and just at the bottom of the speaker. So what I've done is I'll put a lever bar down the back of the window here, and so we're going to pour some water down the back of the window, just simulating it's out in the rain. So we'll put loads down in that bottom corner. Right, okay, so now if we go on the inside, we can see that it's emptying out through the bottom of the door. But if we look closely

0:29 we can just about start to see a tiny, tiny little bit of water coming out from the speaker. It's possibly either the speaker or the door membrane behind. It's on both doors on this side here. If we now come round to the driver's side, we're now going to focus on the inner sill, so it's this sill bit here. And what we're going to do is we're going to quickly shut the door, and then we're going to pour a load of water down at this corner point

0:58 onto the inside sill, because there's a little kink in there where it goes round. So if we pour loads of water on there like that, it will quickly come inside the car. So we can see that the water doesn't seem to be passing in from here, because there's no light bits on the rubber. But if I just lift this rubber up here, so we can see inside, that rubber bit here is totally wet, and that's due to water possibly getting into the rubber. And then what that's then going to do is it will eventually work its way

1:38 inside the car. It is a common fault with the Mini rubbers, and the passenger side isn't doing it but the driver's side is. There we go, so we can just see the light marks inside there. There we go, so we can see that the water is making its way on the inside here. So that's another one which could cause an issue.
