The car had wet carpets on the passenger side and there was also water in the boot.
What we found were both door membranes were leaking which we recommend replacing.
There was water working its way through the rubber on the tailgate, which is evidenced by the amount of dirt inside it which was carried there by the water.
We can refit this rubber after a clean-up and reseal it on to make it waterproof. The car will be decontaminated to prevent mould, and thoroughly dried.

The main culprit for causing the wet carpet on this Bentley was a disconnected pipe for the sunroof drainage. It is fairly common on cars with sunroofs for the pipes to shrink with age, and as they shorten they pull off the connectors.
