Can you tell which car was coated a year ago and which was done yesterday? Gary puts a graphene-coated BMW M3 next to a freshly coated Ford Focus estate and reveals which is which. The BMW owner previously had a 5 Series with ceramic -- he upgraded to graphene this time.

A Ford Focus estate returns a year after its graphene coating for a wash and review. Gary shows the self-cleaning effect in dry conditions and demonstrates why jet-washing a coated car removes 90% of the dirt before a cloth goes near it.

Audi SQ5 for graphene coating -- the owner's third car with us. Previous ceramic on wife's car, then his own (neighbour bought it), now this. Ex-demo, clay-decontaminated, machine-buffed, graphene on body and alloys. "Newer than it was when it came out the factory."

A Ford Ranger returned after a driver change. Heavily smoked in, load bed holding a broom, bag of sand, and a bag of wet cement that took Dave two hours and three buckets to remove. Interior shampooed, mats replaced from stock, rust treated, scratches buffed.

Ford campervan with both headlights completely misted -- MOT fail and dangerous at night. One side had additional Dremel damage from a DIY attempt. Done by hand. Six-stage cut and polish, Matrix Blue 3-year ceramic applied.

Jaguar S-Type V8 that had been stored under a sheet -- sandpaper-rough, cobwebs inside, opaque headlights. Four-stage polish by James brought all the character lines back. Upgraded to graphene coating. Owner interview a year later: two washes, 5,000 miles, "oh yeah" pleased.

A Porsche with Matrix Black ceramic coating returns 26 months after application. Gary walks the near side: no hedge scratches despite country driving. A few fine wash marks, otherwise immaculate. Back for a wash and top-up recoat.

A Ford EcoSport with a year of water ingress from a badly-resealed replacement windscreen. Mould between the seats, saturated carpet. Dealer accepted responsibility. Gary explains what to do when screen companies and dealerships are less straightforward.

Three brand-new blue Teslas across three coating levels: Matrix Blue 3-year on a Model 3, Matrix Black 8-year (+ glass + leather) on a second Model 3, and graphene coating on a Model Y. All arrive before first wash; all leave with years of protection.

This Golf sits outside permanently -- and it shows. The canvas roof had gone fully green, the rubbers were mouldy, and the drains were blocked. Here is what we did about it.

An MX5 that came in for a hood clean and left with two water leaks repaired, the interior decontaminated, and a cosmetic repair on the driver's door. James narrates. The two notorious MX5 leak points: scuttle clips and rear brake light. Five MX5s came in within two months -- three of them black.

A Maserati brought in to tidy up for sale -- a friend of Paul, one of Gary's long-term customers. Rear bumper damage to Kraftwork, new rear light Gary fitted himself, two nearside wheels refurbished on-site, headlights mismatched (one replaced previously), six-stage on the bad one and three-stage on the good one to match. Four-buff, 18-month coating. The owner wasn't sure he wanted to sell it by the end.

This is Gary's own daily driver -- not a show car, not coddled. He bought it in 2020, applied Matrix Black the same month, and has cleaned it at a jet wash ever since. This is what that looks like.
