Ford Galaxy with a persistent chemical smell from a paint spillage that had reacted with the plastic trim. James and Harry cleaned the contaminated areas and neutralised the odour with specialist equipment.

Audi Q2 with broken glass spread through the cabin. James and Tom removed all fragments, cleaned thoroughly, and returned it with a courtesy wash.

Jaguar F-Type with wash marks polished out in a four-stage machine process, then sealed with Matrix Blue 3-year ceramic coating by Gary and James.

Ford EcoSport contaminated with chip-seal bitumen particles drawn through the air intake into the ventilation system. Scuttle dismantled, UVA fog through ventilation on circulate, pollen filter replaced, Formula 429 throughout.

Volvo XC60 end-of-lease with dents, chips, and scratches. Gary advises PDR for the dents, touch-up paint for chips, polish for scratches -- targeting the threshold, not perfection.

Gary cleans his other half's graphene-coated Honda CR-V with a £4 supermarket jet wash. Three months in, washed twice, still shiny. Pressure washer + soft brush, 8 minutes, done.

SEAT Arona end-of-lease with chips and scratches along the passenger side that risked a full-panel respray charge. Chips touched in, scratches polished out. Tyre mismatch front/rear flagged for the owner to check.

Porsche Carrera 4S with a poor-quality respray leaving orange peel on the roof. Wet sanded flat, polished, then sealed with Matrix Black 8-year ceramic coating.

Brand-new Tesla Model 3 machine-polished and sealed with graphene coating. Less correction needed on new paint, but preparation is still essential -- the coating bonds to the lacquer, not to any residual wax.
