BMW M3 Sport graphene coating -- the same car featured in the "can you tell which is which" 1yr review. Wash marks polished off the bonnet before coating. Gary spotted the owner at a jet wash months later; the car still looked stunning.

BMW 3 Series with accumulated wash marks polished out in a two-stage machine process by James. The metallic colour comes back to life. Finished with a 12-month ceramic coating.

BMW 1 Series water leak. Driver's rear door membrane leaking heavily; driver's front soaking underneath. Loose rear light on driver's side -- twist camera found water marks inside the box section; panel had previous bodywork history. Resealed and dried.

BMW 1 Series with paint spilled inside. Get it to us wet -- dried paint takes much longer to remove. Progress videos sent to the customer. Cost of clean-up is far less than part replacement.

BMW 5 Series with accumulated wash marks: four-stage machine polish, then Matrix Blue 3-year ceramic coating. Alloy wheels also coated with heat-resistant anti-static ceramic to stop brake dust sticking.

A 2011 BMW 5 Series (F10) with the well-known blanking plate leak -- but the garage who "fixed" it used silicone sealer that just pulls off with a finger. The drain behind the plug was still blocked. And water was also getting in through the tailgate rubber, tracking along a foam pad all the way to the rear seats. The customer is Alan, who goes to the golf club.

BMW 520d with wash marks and swirl marks -- paintwork correction and multi-stage polish by James, then Matrix Blue 3-year ceramic. Alloy wheel coating stops brake dust bonding. James has the same coating on his own BMW.

BMW X5 rear bumper resprayed at Kraftwork first, then paintwork correction, four-stage polish, and Matrix Black 8-year ceramic. Gary recommends garanging overnight to cure. Stayed when it rained.

Two brand-new BMW X3s straight from the dealership, both with wash marks and light scratches from the dealer's valet team. Machine polished and finished with Matrix Blue 3-year ceramic coating.

A BMW M3 convertible -- 12 to 15 years old, roof never professionally cleaned. Jet wash zigzag marks, grit and green growth throughout. Gary admits he really wants one, preferably in blue, and notes the £330 a year road tax as the only downside.

A BMW 3 Series 325 CI brought in for roof cleaning and ceramic coating. The owner's friend is seriously ill; once the car is done he plans to take him out in it -- it might be his last summer. The bonnet had a previous respray that had gone flat; wet-sanded back and polished. Matrix Blue ceramic coating and a two-year roof nano-coat.

A 14-year-old BMW coupe -- front bumper replaced, wing resprayed, four-stage buff, Fireball Dok Do ceramic coating. Gary's line: there is no substitute for doing a car properly. When you come back to it after filling up, you are getting back into a new car.

A BMW 3 Series convertible at 52,000 miles -- moss growing, lichen breaking down the fabric at the fold lines. Gary shows the chemical soak and power brush process, explains why the roof can still be saved, and what a new aftermarket roof would cost if it had been left any longer.
