This Peugeot 306 was experiencing water leaks in the boot area; the tailgate rubbers weren't placed properly and weren't sealed in places either, a grommet missing, a unscrewed bolt.
Fortunately, the footwells were dry meaning the water hadn't spread further than the boot. We dealt with these water leaks we identified and dried the boot, as well as sorting the cables in the right order.

The main culprit for causing the wet carpet on this Bentley was a disconnected pipe for the sunroof drainage. It is fairly common on cars with sunroofs for the pipes to shrink with age, and as they shorten they pull off the connectors.
