Mercedes AMG convertible: hood clean with drain flush and Krytox, paintwork correction on scuffs and scratches from storage. Machine polish removed most scratches -- better result than expected.

BMW 3 Series cabriolet: roof clean, 2-year reproof, paintwork correction on sanding marks from a recent respray, then Diamas Professionali diamond ceramic coating.

Severe bird mess damage to paintwork -- acidic droppings etching into the clear coat. Ceramic, graphene, or polymer coating absorbs the chemical contact and protects the lacquer underneath.

New Tesla in metallic charcoal with SiRamik Lustrous GS Graphene Coating. Bugs and a cloudy polishing attempt corrected in prep. Hexagonal water beading confirms the graphene has formed correctly.

Audi Q3 paint spillage -- arrived workable. Three hours of cleaning before the customer had to leave. Significant improvement; some boot carpet residue may need further cleaning or replacement.

This Fiesta came in leaking from two separate sources. While it was with us, the customer decided to go further -- polish, ceramic coating, wheel treatment. The result looks better than new.

A VW Transporter camper conversion with multiple water entry points -- pop-top roof seal, rear tailgate rubber gap, and passenger door membrane. Leaks fixed, seats shampooed, Matrix Blue 3-year ceramic coating applied.

VW Beetle bronze with tan convertible roof -- visible pressure washer streaks from a domestic machine. Hood cleaned and hydrophobic-coated. Paintwork polished with 3-month spray wax.

Brand new Mercedes S63 AMG V8 cabriolet. Jeans colour transfer already on the driver's seat leather. Both front seats nano-coated. Wheels and calipers coated with Innox to resist brake dust. Hydrophobic roof coating.

Seat Leon with minor damage polished out and touched up, then Fireball Dok Do 7-year ceramic coating. Good for a car the owner intends to keep long-term.

Cigarette smoke odour removal. Ash and tar are both treated -- debris blasted from gaps, all surfaces deodorized and washed, then double-fogged with antimicrobial products. The source is neutralised, not masked.

A Nissan Note lease return walk-round. Gary explains the lease company threshold system, why getting everything repaired is often wrong, and which items -- spare key, locking nuts, service history -- are the ones that cause the expensive surprises.

A Range Rover bought from a dealer -- smoke smell in the front (only when parked up), dog hairs and dog smell in the rear. The dealer had already valeted it and was contributing to the cost. Gary explains the tiered upgrade approach, why odour sticks to glass, and why the owner might smell something others can't -- the licorice allsorts effect.

A nearly new Audi Q7 with paint spilled in the back -- the customer had followed the wet towel advice and got it to us quickly. Some paint had dried by arrival, including on the speaker switch which had to be taken apart and cleaned. Paint splatter on the wheels too. Gary: "working up a sweat but we're over the line."

A nearly new Range Rover Sport with red paint spilled in the boot. James, Edward and Connor worked through it over two days -- 20 hours in total, £1,650. The battery had to come out. Sound deadening had to be stripped. Cables were re-wrapped. The customer had tried to clean the bodywork with something abrasive and scratched through the paint on the passenger side.
